I CANT GET MY REFUND NOW
Dear hellopeter<br> Lastmonth I bought 2jeans at edgards,they gave me R500voucher to use at edgards sunglass hut,on Saturday the 17october I went to edgars to redeem the voucher I paid 400 cash,swiped another 400 with my debit card,the lady asked for additional 100,I was so irritated the way shes been talking to me,I then decided to cancel he whole thing I get my money back which I hve already paid(R800).the lady told me its only their headoffice who does refund and It takes 7working days,they don't give cash,they can only deposit it into my account after 7working days,what kind of process is that,how can I give you my money now but only get it back after 7days and I need It so I can go somewhere where I will receive great service than their poor/bad service.i blame edgards,they are reason I had to deal with sunglass hut,now I need my money asap and no one is willing to give it back asap.N.B..edgars plase send your people to attend courses like customer service etc<br>
