I can't close my account and Edgars keeps on charging me monthly

I have been trying to close my Edgars account numerous times without any luck. I went in-store at Canal Walk, paid off the last debt on the card and asked the clerk to close my account. I was told she could not do it, and was given the number ***for RCS Customer Service. After holding on for ages, I was finally put through to an operator. I politely asked that my account be closed and was told that it was indeed closed. But came the next month, there was still a deduction (Club fee I guess), and so it continues. I refuse to pay up and EDGARS can go on for ever and spend money trying legal action. I am really disappointed and would NEVER purchase anything again from this store. #Edgarssucks @EdgarsFashion
