I CANT BUY A CAR BECAUSE OF EDGARS

When i wanted to buy a vehicle i was informed by my bank that i owe Edgars R5748 and my account was in arrears for 9 months.I was shocked by this since i was paying edgars R200 every month and after asking them the balance,i decided to pay the balance of R1349.83 which I did on 26 August 2015.I was given a paid up letter and told my payment profile will be updated.On 21st of September,i checked again but still my status still shows that the status is not updated.I called edgars on *** and spoke to Sakhile Khumalo who said they will update after 7 working days.I checked again today on the 1st of October and i spoke to Bianca Mkhize still account not updated.I NEED THIS MATTER TO BE RESOLVED URGENTLY AS YOU GUYS ARE MESSING WITH MY LIFE.I NEED A SENIOR PERSON TO RESOLVE THIS.
