i cannot get help

I took my cell phone for repairs at Edgar's Tzaneen on the 2nd November 2015<br> I went to the shop several times to check on my phone and up to now I still don't have concrete information as to what is happening<br> I went to the shop for the fifth time yesterday and only then they told me the insurance wants a detailed description of what happened to the phone I don't really understand why i was never asked this before<br> Now they gave me a number to call the insurance *** and the number is always engaged I can't get through to anybody<br> <br> Kindly assist in this regard because I am paying premium for insurance on a monthly basis and when I need the insurance to cover me I have to struggle<br> Its been a month now since I took the phone for repairs and it seems as if nothing is being done about my phone<br> <br>
