I bought a pair of Skechers from Edgars at Canal Walk just over a year ago

I bought a pair of Skechers from Edgars at Canal Walk just over a year ago.However,with limited use over the year,they developed a hole on top of the shoe.As a pensioner I was very disappointed as the shoes were quite expensive and I am very restricted with my budget.I forwarded an e-mail to them with photos as prove of the damage,as requested by their department head.To date,three weeks later,I still had no response from Edgars????They are just ignoring the issue.
