I am expressing my disappointment and frustration with the service I received from Edgars at The Grove Mall regarding my Issey Miyake Wood on Wood 100ml cologne i purchased online

I am expressing my disappointment and frustration with the service I received from Edgars at The Grove Mall regarding my Issey Miyake Wood on Wood 100ml cologne i purchased online. Initially, I reported the issue of the cologne's scent not lasting, and I was instructed to take my receipt to the nearest Edgars for assistance. Then i went to Edgars The Grove Mall. After waiting three weeks, I was informed that the cologne was tested by the staff and deemed to be in order. However, I was later told that the Issey Miyake representative would send someone to collect the cologne for further testing at a lab. Unfortunately, this did not happen, and I was instead asked to collect the cologne myself. To my dismay, I discovered that the cologne level had decreased significantly since I last handed it over. Furthermore, the issue with the scent not lasting remains unresolved. This cologne was a Father's Day gift for my husband, and I am extremely disappointed in the level of service I received.
