I am being victimized by EDGARS

My account was handed over to lawyers by Edgars due to miscommunication of debit arrangements from my account. Shabiro Shark called offering me a discount because my account was on arrears, an arrangement of R5000.00 in two payments was made and I honored my agreement . I then got a call from their consultant by the name of A Maseko stating that she made a mistake of the discount she gave me and that she requests me to pay another R1200.00 I refused as this was not our initial agreement and this action from them is not allowed. On the 4th of September the balance was paid into the account( I do not know who paid )since from then I have been calling for a clearance letter with no help . My life is on hold , I cannot buy a house nor a car neither qualify for any loan instead Edgars handed over my account to Nible group stating that I owe Edgars R1600 . So Edgars is running a money making scheme on my expense.
