I am writing this as I am very upset with Edgars they deducted R30 from my current account with out letting me know when i queried it the answer i got was that they had a "System Failure " that was in October 2018 and in October 2019 they decided to deduct the supposed amount of R123.90 that they say is still outstanding. I have sent many emails to the company and all i get is they will contact me in 48 hrs which is a joke. I have asked why i was not notified when this happened and why now a year later are they deducting the said amout. And to date have not got a decent reply.
