Hurricane Galaxy
I bought Harrican Galaxy on Friday last week In King Williams Town Saturday it was flashing like the screen is gona go blank I took it back on Monday i told them the problem with the phone they told me they not taking the phone until what it does when I'm home it happens while I'm in the shop if I'm chatting on WhatsApp or Facebook or receive a call it becomes warm as if its gona burst I even spoke to the Manager she didnt believe me n the 7 days warranty is Ending today my worry was that I do not stay here I E.C I stay in Cape town I'm here 4 a Funeral while I was walking out from the shop it DD what I told them but the was no witness I know the rules bcz I also worked in retail with Cell Phone I'm so dissapionted bcz I Neva had this problem in Cape town waisted my money 4 buying a broken phone

13 Feb 2018, 18:39My 7 days warranty Ended already will I wait for something that they gonna send to repairs where as I sent the phone 3days after I bought it, they just refused to take it back because they were not Experiencing or should I say not witnessing the problem that I was telling them about they work with evidence not theory, if I'm not gonna get a new phone its a waist of time to go back to the store and be told they will send it to repairs, as I am Dissapionted with your Management team in K.W.T
