Humiliated
I went to the mac consultant at the edgars church street pretoria asking for advice as I wanted to purchase a foundation as well as make up due to the fact that im getting married hence wanted to invest in good make up. I asked the females advise and before I could explain she said at mac we only can advise you purchase so when you ready to purchase you can come back and we will help. I was there to purchase! But she assumed otherwise. This was humiliating as there was a lady behind me. I would like to know is there a certain apperance criteria to be helped? I am disgusted by this as I feel that I was unfairly judged. I would like feedback on this matter and should I not get I will resort to another channel of reporting this bad service. This is not fair on any individual!!!!!HUMILIATED. Check your cctv footage to verify.
