How unfair...

<p>I purchased a cellphone at Edgars Claremont recently. The afternoon of that same day, an advert for Edgars mentioned that upon making a purchase of R1500 or more within the required time (as my purchase happened within said time), and being an Edgars Club member - i would be entitled to a month's free use of a Planet Fitness Gym and it's facilities...I had phoned to enquire on this and was informed that it was too late as i did not ask for a voucher upon purchase (i.e:spending in excess of R1500). I was assisted by the staff member at the cellphone counter in Edgars Claremont and never did she or any of the other staff present offer me this voucher or even mention it. I would like to receive the voucher as advertised ASAP.</p>
