How to contact EDGARS/RCS re account queries????

I had some ********** transactions on my Edgars account and I have also apparently been signed up for Edgars Credit Life without my consent.

My problem is that the numbers provided to contact Edgars or RCS only gives my my account balance and when it is due. I am unable to find a number I can call to lodge a complaint about the ********** transactions.

PLEASE HELP!!!!!!
