How long does it take to FICA and unblock an account
I have Fica'd my account twice now and it still remains blocked. Both times i submitted all my documents at the Edgars in East Gate, and still my account remains blocked. The weird thing is that i can shop online using my Thank U Card but I can't shop instore. Can you please unblock my account so that i can shop instore also. It shouldn't be that hard to do.
