How can i repair my verssed phone

Am tired moving up and down with this verssed vp1 phone with screen cracked . even in Edgers they cant even be bold of who will fix this phone . the engineers are not even sure where the parts of this phones are . My phone used up to 5 months with edger without doing nothing to it but every time am there dey always said we are still waiting for the parts . i wonder why are we buying phones without parts , is just like we are throwing our money inside water .
