Hospital cover I never even took.
I have a hospital policy which I have been trying to cancel with Edgars since 2012 of not 2013 and at times it gets canceled then suddenly resurface again. I've went as far as trying to get a recording where I agreed to this policy and never recieved.... I'm extremely disappointed.

12 Aug 2019, 10:31I am getting no joy in the resolution of my query. I just recieved a statement again now for August still shows hospital cash back yet the lady that called me said it shows it was canceled and still hasn't sent me proof of me taking this plan. I settled my account for reasons but now this thing is resulting in costs accumulating in my account. Can Edgars just tell me if they don't want to assist so that I can just pay this R118 showing on my account and close the account if you don't want to cancel this thing and stop charging me.
