Hospital cash back plan **** of Edgars

Edgars is such a **** and a **** I am getting no joy in the resolution of my query. I just recieved a statement again now for August still shows hospital cash back yet the lady that called me said it shows it was canceled and still hasn't sent me proof of me taking this plan which she said there's a slip I signed and I asked her to send that particular slip but disappeared and now all I get is an email to rate her service. I settled my account for reasons but now this stupid policy thing is resulting in costs accumulating in my account. Can Edgars just tell me if they don't want to assist so that I can just pay this R118 showing on my account and close the account if you don't want to cancel this thing and stop charging me.
