Its been brought to the Attention of Edgars Client services on multiple occasions that there is a R73.00 that has been deducted form her account over the past two years since 2016. Its been said that it is for airtime that has never been received. She has been promised that the funds will be paid back into her account and stopped however 24 months on and R1752+ later the amount is still been deducted.

This is a formal request again for this to be paid back and stopped on the account listed above, ********** ********** 75837.
