Horrible, unfriendly service!
<p>Mathapelo Manganese gave me such horrible service! Unfriendly and harsh. </p> <p> </p> <p>It was the second time coming back to make a claim from my cellphone insurance and she wanted to send me back for a third time to get a slip. She didn't even go the extra mile to want to assist me but luckily I had a payment receipt with me and she was then forced to help. I've been assisted before by Grace and I never expected such appealing service. She needs to improve her customer service etiquette soon!</p> <p> </p>
