Horrible Service

Terrible Service, we have been waiting over 40min just for the call center to pick up. The first call was over 20min of waiting, asked stupid questions, failed and failed to get a card replacement. Called them back, we are waiting as I type in Clearwater Mall its been forever. To cancel and block will still have to wait for call center to pick up which they never do....
