Horrible service by the manager

I had a very horrible experience @ Game Menlyn on de 21st of December... We went 2 buy my son a bicycle, we asked the guy who was assisting us with the purchase if he can assemble if 4 us since it comes in a box, he said we must go pay 4 it den he will assemble it when we come back with the receipt, when we got back his manager Lebohang Kopane told him 2 go help customers n leave us because that's not his job(as if we are not customers), as we were standing there waiting for the guy to come back 2 assist us they started debating work politics infront of us, he said the guy working with the 1 assisting us is getting paid for nothing, he has been on lunch for too long.. We waited a full 30 minutes, with my son begging for his bicycle 2b assembled so he can ride it and we were ignored still until I started drama in the shop then they finally assembled it.. horrible service, I feel they should have said b4 my purchase dat they won't assemble it then I would have went somewhere else, I was ******* 2 buy den treated lyk m trash
