Horrible service & bad attitudes!

Last weekend Edgars had a white sale promotion going on, with 40% off blankets etc. I bought a blanket, and when I got to the till, I did not get my 40%. Upon enquiry the lady told me that there was already a promotion on that blanket (It had a sticker on that said if you buy 2, you will get a R100 discount.) Problem is..... I did not buy 2, so therefor I did not qualify for that promotion. The 40% discount shouldve app****! The lady had a horrible attitude, and did not even bother to try and sort this out! Basically pulled up her shoulders when I said i will report this, and said I should do as i please! Wow - your attitude & client services surely stinks!
