Horrible Service

On Friday (27.09.2019) my husband went to Edgar's East Rand Mall. He was looking of a shoe size. Sibusiso said he was going to check if they have a size available and disappeared for 45 minutes. When my husband asked for the manager, Sibusiso came back and said he was still looking for the size. Sibusiso and his manager both confirmed that East Gate Mall has the shoe size he was looking for when they checked on the system. My husband drove to East Gate where he was let known that there is no way the system would show if a size is available for a Steve Madden shoe. Not only was his time wasted but they also **** to him and wasted his petrol. This kind of service cannot be tolerated.
