Horrible service

I went to edgars west street in Durban to exchange school shoes that is not fitting the child.

The service when I returned the shoes was good, I've exchanged and left.

This morning I received a call from the sales person telling me I should bring back the shoes.

When I get to the store, they took back the shoes that I exchanged telling me the policy does not allow to exchange shoes.

In the slip it written there is a 30 days return policy, but edgars west street did not adhere to that.
