HORRIBLE SERVICE

the issue was with you accounts department. My balance was R594.40, total due was R350.00, i paid R240.0 You requested me to pay a full installment while my balance was less than x2 my installment. i know your system was supposed to recalculate the installment and total due coz I've worked there before.you charged me interest. I called to esquire this and was promised that the interest will be reversed and the installment recalculated. I spoke to Lerato Mo***eng ***\GO Leaving my balance at R108.39. I get to Edgars Sandton to make a purchase of 279.00 and to my embarrassment I'm asked to pay R94.00 before i could buy. Go back into my account for as long as 20 years i have never defaulted on my account. You probably listed my credit profile as slow payer whereby you messed up.THIS IS CLEARLY WHY EDGARS IS DOING SO BAD AND GOING OUT OF BUSINESS
