Horrible service

I went to edgars yesterday. Only to find out that my acc is blocked. The lady at the store called and they were told my acc was blocked due to *****. I purchased somethng online for an amount of 2200 it was verified as i was called to confirm my details. So why is my acc blocked. The lady at the store couldnt even get through to the ***** dept. I tried to call again and the line was engaged. What **** service is this from edcon
