Horrible service

I spoke to Shard Devnarrian on the 28th regarding a complaint that I logged she was helpful promised to get back to me to date I have not heard from her. I also got a call from Ronel (manager at southgate mall) and requested that i come through to drop off the perfume so that the manufacture can check what is the issue with the perfume I bought because the smell literally fades away after 5min she then advised me she will give me a call on Tuesday till today i have not heard from her tried calling no response. This is frustrating
