Horrible service

Edgars has given the most ridiculous customer service I have ever experienced! I closed my account in July 2020 and specified to the assistant that I don’t want any further charges and yet 6 months later am being harassed and threatened with the credit listing for R27!! I have been spending hundreds on airtime calling in and never getting transferred to the right department or assisted as well as sent several unanswered emails in the past few months and will be taking this further
