Horrible online shopping experience with Edgars

Edgars online is truly the most horrific experience when it comes to online shopping. I am actually shocked that they are currently running online shopping at all. I have order items over a week ago and still have no update on my delivery of my orders to their V&A Waterfront store. I tried calling them with no answer to their customer service I have emailed them countless times I have tried tracking a status and their website keeps on failing to giving me an update. They do not even give info in terms of their courier company
