Horrible Customer Services
On Monday 28 September 2015 we were asked by our mom to go buy some bedding for her at Edgers. First thing that happened was the bedding section was so dirty and messy, but we overlooked it. When we wanted to pay the cashiers were chatting to each other in Xhosa and then our cashier did not want to except my mother's card without her being present. This i totally understood, it is for the customer's safety, but the way the cashier spoke to us was unacceptable, she was rude and made remakes in Xhosa to her co-workers. Personally I feel that English is the universal language and I had enough respect to not speak to them in Afrikaans. when my sister told the lady that her behavior is rude and she will be complaining, the other cashier started shouting at us \go
