Horrible customer service at Edgars Mountain Mill

By far the worst customer service. The staff look unhappy to be there never mind their unwillingness to assist you. I had my mind set on purchasing perfume, however with the lack of common courtesy I decided that this branch and its staff do not deserve this sale. Their attitude was as though they are doing you a favour - a simple request to sample a few on a strip of paper was portrayedas a mammoth task. Irrespective of covid 19 compliance, customer service should always be a priority. There are too many people working in retail who do not have a the passion for the job. People who believe that good service is beneath them. I too am a public servant and if I had to render such service to my clients I would have to kiss my job goodbye. Your attitudes are driving customers away.
