Horrible customer service

If i could give zero i would! Ive been dtruggling since 2019 to cancel a subscription on my account and no one has cancelled this!! In may 2022 they have recording of me cancelling this and told me they have proof vut still no cancellation!! Only when i gave a ****ty review on facebook did they cancell it in july 2023 so ive been paying for longer than i should have with intrest and nothing has been fixed the blame has only been shifted and no one is taking responsibility!!!! Ive not made a single purchase on my edgars account sonce 2016 and been paying every month more than my monthly due and still not 0 and even more than last years december!! Pathetic zero costumer service !! Nothing gets sorted when you have problems but if you dont pay then your the ****ty one!! And after I cancelled everything they still phone me to sell me stuff useless
