Horrible and unprofessional service

I had a horrible experience at Edgars Waterfront Mall in Bloemfontein. The sales lady who assisted me and the store manager were so unprofessional and rude at the same time.

Here's what happened

I bought a cellphone on Saturday 30/12/2023 and it gave me problems on Sunday evening ,it went off the whole night and the morning of Monday it was still off and I charged it the night of Sunday but still it didn't want to be on.I went to the store on Monday 01/01/2024 around 12h00 to report the matter.The service I received was unprofessional and the store manager was very rude towards me . I am very disappointed and angry at the same time.the phone is still with me and it's on and off.There's no Edgars store where I am living . They wanted me to leave it at Bloemfontein and I'll collect it once it has been fixed . I am from QwaQwa I cannot go to Bloem just to collect a phone. I went to Vodacom store and I was told that Edgars was supposed to change it because It gave me problems within 7 days and the sales person who assisted me on Saturday when buying said the same but when I went on Monday they told me different story.
