Horrible and inconveniencing me

I bought a hallmark watch at the Edgar's in East rand mall and it is defective and when I return it to Edgar's in Alberton city they refused to assist and give me my money back instead they insisted that I book the watch for delivery since I said I'm not taking the watch back. I was assisted by Martha in the jewelery section who happened not to have a name badge and after I was assisted by Sthembile who is the manager and he also refused to assist and he also happened no to have a name badge. Edgars went against their return policy and both the assistant and manager lack customer service.
