Horrible

Hi I had an outstanding amount to my Edgars account and NBA as third party was instructed by Edgards to recoupe the outstanding balance which i did. I was owing them less than R200 in my acc and on the 22/09/2017 paid R154.52 via EFT and they debited R137.20 on the 28/09/2017 from my account. Now i have been sending them several Emails requesting them to refund me the difference and updating my ITC profile however they arent helping. I m really ****ed off since they keep on saying they dont see the amount i transfrerred via EFT to me but i have sent them a proof million times but still cant see the amount and now im owing them R69. I hate this two companies with passion and i wish people can stop doing business with the,.
