Hollard - Useless

I lodged a claim for my car repairs after I had an accident, this was 3 weeks ago. I have had little to no feedback since then. everytime I phone in to find out whats happening they always say they will get back to me or that my claim is being processed I will get the quote to start the repair. I an now stranded without a car for 3 whole weeks because of this *********** company. what a useless excuse for an insurance provider.
