Hollard turns away business

This may sound odd but its worth mentioning. About a week ago I phone Hollard Insurance requesting an insurance quotation as I am shopping around. To date Hollard hasn't got back to me. The same thing happens about 5 years ago. Quite odd that Hollard turns away business in this tough economic environment.
