Hollard policy joined *******ly

I Lysbeth Makama, id No: ***, wishes to cancel my policy(Family Accident Plan -R112.50 and Family Provider Plan-R69.00) that started on the 21 January 2021 with immediate effect.

I currently have an Edgars family funeral of the amount of R149.39, which i paid today at Westgate Edgars and to my surpise i had this two new policies. When i signed the documents today i was told this was to update my beneficiary Miss Refiloe Manthata. This is totally unacceptable. Because this was NOT explained to me. Lysbeth Makama ***
