Hollard plzz I need my phone I payed for that phone for months...

I have a Cellphone insurance at Hollard since 2018..I've lost my phone on the 15 February 2020 and I claimed for it and I was told that I will be contacted when my claimed is being approved I've waited for them till now but I kept on paying or let me rather say they keep on deducting their monthly premium while I no longer had the phone with me and still waiting for them to contact me about my claim....The only thing they do I received an SMS that informed me that my insurance GmPol*** is being cancelled because i didn't not pay for the month of August so by the 07th of September They were supposed to deduct for August & September but they didn't although there was cash in my Account Balanced for these months...But they didn't deduct they just cancelled my Policy because they say they didn't receive payment for August & September and this not my fault I do have cash in My Acc but they decided not to deduct their 2 months premiums but to cancel my Policy while I still not received the phone I claimed and payed for every month....I need clarity here plzz are they supposed to cancel my Policy after 3 months of nonpayment??
