Hollard Insurance company a ****

Can anyone at Hollard inform me on how to cancel my funeral policy and hospital plan policy. After being admitted to hospital last year for more than 5 days, submitting forms, never heard anything from Hollard. This year I called them and asked to cancel my policies with them , downloaded the forms to cancel policy,emailed the forms,yet this **** of a company still did not cancel my policies.
