Hollard + Edgars = *******

<p>i have been paying insurance on 2 phones since who knows when. I finally HAD to claim only to find out that when sending phone in to repair they no longer provide original parts for the phone you have insured but spraypaint them and return them to you "like new" only to have the paint peel off a week later. To make things worse when sending another phone in an excess of R500 had to be paid for another spraypainted phone. So unbelievable. Something needs to be done to rectify this ASAP</p>
