Hollard and their bull**** cellphone insurance...

A week has gone by still no communication from hollard and finrite regarding my claim, all i have gotten so far is a notification that they will be debiting from my account a monthly premium but my claim has not even been resolved. What will they be debiting for if i dont have a phone to insure? Hollard is debiting monthly premiums from my account and when its time to pay up they send you to Finrite and you end up being sent from pillar to post till you give up on your claim yeah neh ******** and **********....
