Holding for 15min
I called Edgar's stores to request a statement... The consultant tells me it will take 48hours before I get it... Then I asked for a manager and im placed on hold forever... What service is that.. Worst part is the call cut and they don't even have the decency to call back... Poor service Edgar's.. Poor service...
