HIRE PROFESSIONAL STAFF!!!

You guys are so unprofessional and very rude. i get a call so early in the morning by a very loud and rude consultant She is coloured and if am not mistaken her name is Lizelle.i ask her to please call me later as i am in a meeting, she tells me that she will not call me later she will escalate my account to the legal department, what is that? i am so disappointed with edgars, i wanted to settle my account but i won't you guys can go straight to Sleep!!!
