Hi .... we had had endless problems with Hollard. My dad passed away 11 Aug and we then tried to get my mom as the main member and payment went thru as my dads claim took forever to process as my mom was the beneficiary but sge was ventilated and in an induced come. She the dies the 1 Sept but now Hollard says their couple policy of 10000 each expired on the 31 Aug cause my dad died in Aug. So they refusing to pay even though no where in the terms and conditions does it say that and they took a premium off for Sept. They had the Policy 18 years. We are desperate for someone to help us. We need my mom 10000 still. So what happens when a family is on policy but the main member dies does that end the policy. Does not make sense. She paid her share fair and square for 18 years.
