I want to complain about the service at Edgars. I have a credit account with them and my credit limit is around R3500. In August I made a credit purchase of around R450 and to my surprise the transaction was duplicated 80 times. When I got my statement it said I owe them around R35000 and my monthly installment is around R6000. Can you please assist with the matter as I believe that this issue has been going on for long now and it is affecting my credit history and credit record. I might not qualify for credit anytime soon and my plans will be on hold due to incompetency. Your assistance will be greatly appreciated.
