Help me get my phone back, it's been more than 4 months

Hello<br> I submitted my Blackberry 9360 to Edgars in eMalahleni CBD on the 24th of October 2014, I first took it to my network provider which is Vodacom and they couldn't fix it and since i have insurance they asked me to take it back where I bought it, Edgars took my phone for repairs, it's been 4 months now but every time I go to check on it, they tell me they would call me when it arrives. Till this day I haven't received any calls and I am tired of the waiting, we don't make you wait for our insurance fees but it's a hassle when one should receive their phones. <br> Please respond and let me know what should be done or atleast give me back my insurance money that I e been paying since 2010 and I'll get myself a new phone. <br> What you're doing to you're customers is not professionalism.
