Help me Edgar's please, I know you can but you don't want to

I need answers from Edgar's about an account that I have paid up in full but is still reflecting with the credit bureau that I still owe. I have paid the account in full in June 2019 but my credit score is still low because I owe a large amount of money on my Edgar's account. Please please help Edgar's this is my fifth complain about the same thing and nothing has happened about it.
