Hello online shopping, Goodbye Edcon

Following my previous report I received a call telling me to go to Edgar my gift cards will be refunded. When I got there Mr Freddy says to me I'm making as if they forced me to take the gift cards as a refund method, I told him yes I was forced and told that I will be given gift cards, no choice given. He told me getting a gift card was an option and he said his returns policy notice said i could get cash if i wanted cash, we both went through the notice and we couldnt find the cash option. He told me it was too early i should come back within an hour and half since they didnt have cash to refund me. I left and came back after and hour and some minutes. He said I wi?l have to wait until someone comes along to spend R1199 so that he could give me my refund. But finally Mr Freddy gave me my refund, nothing to celebrate really. He doesn't have regard for customer care. ALL I WANTED WAS SHOES... SO MUCH HUSTLE FOR A PURCHASE
