I have a 7/7/2020 statement saying due date 1 Aug 2020 R530, no arrear amount shown. One lying Thandi tried to convince me I am in arrears. She refused me speaking to her manager, I was to be called back before 5pm yesterday. No call. Now I am trying to obtain the statement she apparently looked at and the email was sent but no attachment because of an Edcon security measure. How stupid is Musop Khumalo to send an email attachment in a formal he should know the system will sc**** off

Now he is too lazy or too stupid to find me but 2 mins ago he did respond on a note Thandi left asking him to send a statement.

Its time they fire the lazy ******s and the lying one should have been fired long time

FACT: I was at V&A on 1 July at 2pm. I gave them the name and staff number of the person that swiped my card and said I am not in arrears. How can I go into arrears in the same month and that while the current statement shows now arrears. Theft is prevelant I don't trust them
