Harrassment on an alledged Edgards account

Can EDGARS please ensure that their Collector Anthony Richards & Associates, stop phoning me pertaining an account held by another person. Your collectors keep on phoning me on my cell and also at work insisting to speak to Mrs Coetzee. I AM NOT ANNELIE COETZEE with a birthdate in 1971.<br> I do not know HOW YOU got my contact details or your collectors but the more I tell them to go back to you, EDGARS, the more they phone me and send sms'es. I AM NOT A CLIENT OF YOURS > I DO NOT HAVE ANY CLOTHING ACCOUNTS.<br> What your Collectors are doing is nothing BUT harassment of an consumer as defined in terms of the Protection against Harassment ACT and at that a person who is not even your client.<br> They phone and send sms'es on ref ***.<br> Sort your Collectors out otherwise I shall report them to ADRA and EDGARS to the OMBUD in the alternative sue EDGARS for damages as your collectors who are your agents infringe on my right to privacy and take up my time- day and night.<br> Get your account and consumer information straight at ARA failing which I shall pursue against EDGARS and it shall cost me nothing seeing that I do work at an attorneys firm which do specialize in consumer rights .
